Sugar Love

Images of everyday sweets and confections provide the jumping off point to explore sugar in our diet. On the opening spread, I superimposed the headline on the image to create the sensation of tasting sweetness. For each caption I used lowercase labels to create a playful effect that matched the feel of the photography. In several cases, I married small information graphics with the captions to add substance without overwhelming the delightful images.
